| Registration is required for spouses, children, companions and friends who visit AIMS
for stays of more than 7 days. Each person's name must be registered
individually. Email or telephone the AIMS Administrative Office for information.
Payment is required in advance (by July 1) for stays longer than 7 nights and on arrival for stays less than 7 nights. (Adjustments will be made if your stay differs from the advance payment.) The AIMS office will quote prices, make reservations and accept your payment or you may pay through PayPal. Breakfast is included in the daily room rate. For stays of more than two weeks, weekday (Mo-Fr) lunches and tickets to AIMS events (for older children and adults) are included in the housing price. Each visitor/non-participant should register online. You will be asked to give your contact
information, read and accept certain AIMS policies, review travel and housing polices, grant permission for
emergency health care, give a brief health history, and assess your proficiency in German if you plan to enroll in a German
language class. The cost of the class is $250 for six weeks, five classes per week. You may preview the information we need
