As a performer and educator, Amara Sperber works to inspire creativity in others. A native of Portland, Oregon, Amara is currently a student of Suzuki Pedagogy at Cleveland Institute of Music. Amara holds a Bachelor of Music degree from University of Oregon and studied abroad in Vienna, Austria. In 2016, she became a member of the resident string quartet at University of Nevada in Reno, where she received her Master of Music degree and performed as a soloist with the orchestra. Amara has played with the Eugene Symphony and Reno Philharmonic. Recently, she has spent her summers at music festivals including Brevard Music Center and National Repertory Orchestra.
