Originally from Austin, Texas, violist Adrian Jackson is a dynamic performer, dedicated educator, and passionate student of music. He began his viola studies at the age of 14 at the McCallum Fine Arts Academy under Martha Carapetyan. He later attended the Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan before earning his undergraduate degree at the Eastman School of Music, studying with Professor George Taylor. Adrian continued his training at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where he earned a Professional Studies Certificate under the guidance of Dimitri Murrath and Jonathan Vinocour. Adrian has participated in esteemed programs and festivals such as the Castleman Quartet Program, the Chautauqua Institute, and the Heifetz International Music Institute.
