Auditions for the AIMS Piano Program are held in cities throughout the U.S. in January through March each year. Personal Auditions are encouraged, but pianists unable to audition in person may submit a recorded audition until June 15 if openings are available. (March 15 is the early acceptance deadline for recorded auditions.) There is a non-refundable audition fee of $45. (No other money is due until after acceptance.)

AIMS is an intense learning, practicing, performing, competitive experience. Pianists from all countries are welcome to audition for AIMS. Additionally, there are no age limits for AIMS; however, we suggest that students discuss their readiness for AIMS with their teacher, the AIMS staff person at your audition, or by telephone with Sarah Halley, AIMS General Director.

Online registration for live auditions opens in the fall.
