Mona Smale
Harp
Dr. Mona Smale was born in Graz, Austria and studied harp and Instrumental Pedagogy at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. She read Musicology at the Karl Franzens University, completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Performance at Trinity College of Music in London, and undertook her PhD in Musicology at the University of Music and performing Arts in Graz. Her research focus is music physiology and therapeutic instrumental teaching. She has been a substitute with the Graz Philharmonic Orchestra since 2005 and she also teaches harp.
